How do I add the public lobby to my website?

You embed the lobby on your own site with a snippet Velofloor generates for you. You need to be a workspace admin.

1. Open the Admin Dashboard and go to the Integrations tab.
2. Find the Public Lobby card and click Configure.
3. Under Embed Script, click Copy.
4. Paste the snippet into your website's HTML where you want the lobby to appear.

The snippet is an iframe that looks like this:

Important: do not remove the allow attribute. Without it your browser blocks camera and microphone inside the embed, and visitors get stuck on "Waiting for microphone" and cannot join the call once reception admits them.

While you are in the same Configure panel you can also upload a Logo, which appears on the lobby page.
