How do I change my password?

If you know your current password:

1. Open your Profile page.
2. Scroll to Change Password.
3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
4. Click Change Password.

Your new password must be at least 12 characters. You must supply your current password — there is no way to set a new one without it from this screen.

If you have forgotten your password:

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password.
2. Enter your email address. We send a verification code to it.
3. Enter the code and choose a new password.

If the change is rejected, the message tells you why — most often "Current password is incorrect", or your new password not meeting the policy.
