How do I revoke a user?

What you do depends on whether the person has ever signed in. Both are under Admin Dashboard → Permissions, and both require admin.

They were invited but never joined — find them in the Invites table and click Revoke. The invite can no longer be used and its status changes to revoked.

They are an active member — find them in the members table and click Disable, then confirm. Disabling a member:

• Frees their seat, which is what every seat count reads from
• Signs them out and removes them from any live video room

You can re-enable someone later from the same table, provided you have a free seat for them to occupy.

Guardrails: you cannot disable yourself, and you cannot disable the last remaining admin. If the action is rejected, the row is left exactly as it was and an error explains why.
